Old Folly Barn

This redundant open fronted barn had been used for stabling Shetland’s but also as a hay store previously. Sub divided from a wider farm some years previously, permission to convert into a dwelling was secured. Significant engineering works took place during the build, for a basement under the existing barn illustrates the possibilities no matter how large or small the undertaking.
